Is it a real person answering?
No, it's your own AI assistant. It will never claim to be a person — if a caller asks, it says so straight away, and you can have it mention it in the opening line too. That's the trade: it answers on the first ring at 2am, never has a queue, never rings in sick, and costs a fraction of a human service.
What if a caller needs an actual human?
Urgent calls are put straight through to your mobile mid-conversation, by rules you set. If you can't pick up, the assistant doesn't leave them hanging: it says so plainly, takes their name, number and what they wanted, and tells them you'll ring back. Remember what the alternative was: not you, voicemail.
What happens if I run out of credit?
We'll warn you several times as your minutes and credit run low, and again before it happens. If your balance reaches zero during a call, we always let that conversation finish — we will never cut your customer off halfway through. After that your number stops taking calls until you add credit, move up a plan, or your month renews. It comes back on within seconds of any of those.
How much control do I have over what it says?
Total. You write the greeting, the answers, and which calls come straight through. It never quotes a price you haven't approved. Change anything and it applies on the very next call.
